CDL Dump Truck Driver

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Matthews, NC for a CDL Dump Truck Driver. The CDL Dump Truck Driver will be responsible for operating and maintaining dump trucks in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Daily tasks include transporting materials such as asphalt and aggregates to and from job sites, unloading materials at designated locations, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Drivers are also expected to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on their vehicles to keep them in optimal working condition.

• Valid CDL Class A license and proven experience in truck driving
• Ability to safely load, transport, and unload materials
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance standards
• Familiarity with dump truck operations and maintenance
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to safety protocols and road rules
• Physical ability to operate and inspect trucks and handle manual tasks as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the construction or paving industry is a plus
