O'Reilly Automotive - 2217 Matthews Township Parkway - Responsibilities:
Coordinate city route schedule and delivery specialists for the hub and spoke stores;
Serve as contact person for city delivery service and ensure orders are pulled and ready;
Monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses;
Ensure hub delivery specialists are clocking in/out per policy and vehicles are maintained with regular inspections;
Provide performance input to store manager for evaluations and assist with route coverage when needed
