DescriptionThe Accounting Intern works approximately twelve hours per week in a position designated as Intern.
Description of Essential Functions (critical tasks)- Assist worksite supervisor in carrying out assignments specific to the designated assignment.
- Receive feedback from employer on job performance.
- Improve workplace skills such as computer skills, oral communication skills, and written communication skills.
- Develop accounting skills by working with general accounting duties.
Job Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
No previous work experience required.
Knowledge and
Skills:
Basic Accounting Knowledge.
Personal:
Ability to work independently; ability to follow directions, rules and guidelines; reliability and dependability; ability to maintain confidentiality.
