Associate Director, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – Pharma
Location:
Chicagoland – hybrid – in office 2-3x per week (relo provided)
Salary: $160-180k + bonus + LTI
Client:
Global Bio-Pharma
- You will be responsible for driving the success and performance of the sales force by leading initiatives that optimize field strategy, operations, and execution.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, enabling them to achieve commercial excellence across a diverse portfolio.
- You will influence key business decisions, develop innovative solutions, and lead a talented team while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Commercial Data & Analytics, U.S. Analytics, and other business units.
- Strategic Leadership & Partnership
- Performance Analytics & Insights
- Must have Commercial Pharma – Field Sales Ops experience
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Outstanding experience developing high-performing teams
