The Staffing Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading sales initiatives, developing new client relationships, and expanding existing accounts within the staffing industry. This role requires an experienced staffing sales professional with at least five years of experience who can strategically manage sales efforts, mentor sales teams, and deliver customized workforce solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch and company revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales and business development teams to maximize performance.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment and service delivery.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company guidelines.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, competitor activity, and staffing industry best practices.
- Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience within the staffing industry.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of staffing models, workforce solutions, and employment practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software.
- Results-driven mindset with strong closing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
