The Payroll Incentive Specialist will manage payroll accounting and administrative tasks to support the Payroll department. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in payroll software, accurate, and efficient, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position provides critical payroll reporting to operations and accounting within a high-volume, rapidly growing multi-state organization, offering career development opportunities.
- Generate various Excel reports for internal and external stakeholders, including overtime, payroll earnings, deductions, and tax reports, while analyzing data to enhance efficiency.
- Support the Accounting Department with month-end payroll reports and deliver weekly and monthly wage reports to management.
- Act as a backup to the Payroll Clerk, ensuring data integrity and managing the Employee Self Service (ESS) system.
- Handle headcount reporting for new hires, terminations, and position changes, including the initiation of necessary documentation.
- Maintain organizational charts, including access management for supervisors.
- Track, calculate, and report bonus payments across various bonus plans.
- Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Utilize independent judgment while upholding confidentiality and professionalism in decision-making.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, such as training programs and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated.
- Provide proactive and professional support to both internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

No direct supervisory duties.
Essential Qualities for Success- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience along with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong background in finance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Capacity to participate in online onboarding and training processes remotely.
- Able to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Able to navigate all facilities.
- Effective verbal communication skills for in-person and electronic interaction.
- Close vision for tasks focused on computer use.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually and is eligible for bonuses. Exact compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
