Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site residential construction manager located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations, including project planning, coordinating with trade contractors, supervising construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project budgets. The role involves liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired standards.

- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Manage project budgets and financial planning.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project objectives.
- 5+ years of experience as a construction manager or supervisory role.
- Supervisory skills and experience managing construction teams.
- Budgeting skills and financial planning for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Project control skills to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Base Salary: $104,000 - $122,000 per year (Chicago, IL) plus 401(k) benefits.
