Architectural

The Will Group is seeking an Architectural Staff professional to support the design and delivery of K–12, commercial, and private building projects within a collaborative architecture and engineering environment.

In this role, you’ll contribute to all phases of design—from programming through construction documents—while coordinating with in-house engineering teams and developing your technical and professional skills under the guidance of senior staff.

• Assist with architectural design and documentation
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
• Coordinate with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines
• Support construction administration activities
• Apply building codes, accessibility standards, and firm best practices

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• 2–10 years of professional architectural experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary project work

Salary Range: $55,000–$85,000 annually
