Compensation & Benefits•$700,000 base salary + bonus based on RVU production.•$100,000 sign-on bonus.•$100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years).
• Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary).
• 33 days of paid time off.
• 5 days + $6,000 CME allowance annually.
