Surgery - Plastic Physician

45 Minutes South of Champaign New Service Line Build From the Ground Up

• Permanent, full-time Plastic Surgery physician position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Plastic Surgeons

• New service line - candidates must be comfortable building the practice from the ground up

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule

• Option to work 4 days per week

• Call 1:3

• Cerner EMR

• No other plastic surgery providers currently in place

• Opportunity to shape scope, workflows, and growth strategy for the service line

• May be required to supervise APPs if added in the future

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Open to 2026 start dates; will consider 2027 candidates for strong fits and/or those with ties to the area

• $675,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
