Our client is seeking an experienced Process Automation Lead to drive automation strategy and execution for advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This role focuses on implementing and supporting Delta
V automation for Clean Utilities, ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Lead automation scope delivery for complex bioprocess systems within Emerson Delta
V DCS. - Oversee system integrator performance and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage and approve lifecycle documentation, including design specifications, configuration standards, and validation packages.
- Supervise and participate in software development, change management, and version control activities.
- Coordinate and execute Software FAT, Integration FAT, and Equipment FAT, ensuring seamless project delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, validation, operations, and quality teams to ensure automation solutions support manufacturing and compliance needs.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Proven expertise with Emerson DeltaV in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with automation for clean utilities.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GAMP 5, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience managing system integrators and large-scale automation project delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
