Payroll Analyst – Hybrid | Downtown Chicago
Our direct client is seeking a Payroll Analyst with strong Workday experience to support North American payroll for a large, multi-state organization. This is not an accounting role and offers a true 40-hour work week
.
- Chicago-based payroll team (7 members)
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday payroll (end-to-end processing)
- Experience supporting 8,000+ employees across 40+ states
- Independently handled quarterly reconciliations
- Strong state and local tax setup experience
- Large enterprise background required (small-company experience will not align)
