Regional Director, Structured Investments Consultant (Central utilizzare region)
Responsible for internally and externally representing the Raymond James Structured Investments Platform Internally and externally. The role is in the Central Region (IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD, WI) and focuses on driving sales, increasing advisor utilization, and supporting financial advisors through face‑to‑face and virtual engagements. The candidate must have deep product and market expertise, a strong relationship building aptitudes, and the ability to design and execute business plans with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for financial advisers and their clients, delivering balanced education on all RJ SI Platform products.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, developing and implementing business plans for the territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with advisers, identifying and fostering leads from referrals, marketing campaigns, and canvassing.
- Deliver effective presentations to large audiences and to individuals or groups.
- Maintain activity logs and databases to support adviser profiling.
- Manage expenses within the allotted budget.
- Collaborate with product management and custom solutions teams to support platform evolution.
- Organize, manage, and execute objectives with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of the Structured Investments industry, principles of banking.
Transported, finance, and securities operations, financial markets and investment processes, advanced investment concepts and procedures, and proficiency with MS Office. - Skills: Cultivating and maintaining effective relationships at all levels; excellent verbal and written communication; effective questioning and listening; delivering clear sales presentations; organizing and tracking multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment; critical thinking and problem‑solving; process improvement; detail‑orientation; follow‑up; use of standard office equipment and software.

- Education / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in the financial services industry; OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training approved by Human Resources.

Certifications:
Required: FINRA Series 7, Series 66 or 63/65, SIE (or exemption/ grandfathering) and ability to obtain within 90 days. Preferred: CAIA, CFP, CFA, CIMA, or MBA. - Travel: 50‑75% travel within the Central Region.
- Salary Range: $35,568.00 – $ annually.
