• As the Controller of Finance, you will be the operational leader of the finance function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls across the organization.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with the CFO to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Deliver clear financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses that drive smarter decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls and help implement improved financial and ERP systems.
• Assist with financial modeling (M&A), due diligence, and integration for acquisitions and growth projects.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• 8-12 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• 5 years leadership experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Finance Manager
• Background in technology, IoT, or industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience supporting M&A or integration initiatives is a plus
