This position is for an experienced Loan Operations Clerk. We are looking for someone that can have an immediate impact on our loan operations process. An ideal candidate would have the following skills:

• 5+ Years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and allocate time efficiently.
• Able to effectively communicate with a team of processors.

• Experience in commercial and consumer lending and/or loan documentation processes.
• Associate’s degree or higher education level.
• Experience with Laser Pro and FiServ banking software.
• Experience leading a team in an office setting.

To prepare loan documentation (commercial, consumer and residential mortgage), accurate data entry, meeting timing and compliance requirements for documentation, document review and correction as needed, order ancillary loan documents as required (appraisals, title work, proof of insurance, payoffs, etc.), as well as other duties as assigned.

$38,000.00 - $66,650.00
