We believe in empowering our therapists to manage their own patients and schedules while providing access to a consistent caseload focused on their area of expertise.

• Provide exceptional assessment and treatment services to the adult neurogenic population across Cook County and neighboring counties.
• Work as an Independent Contractor in home health and medical settings with autonomy over schedule and caseload.
• Receive clinical support and/or supervision for SLPs with limited to no home health experience.

• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with interest in neurorehabilitation and adult neurogenic care.
• Ability to manage own patients and schedules; comfort in home health environment.
• Willingness to receive clinical support or supervision if needed.
