Due to continued growth, a stable, profitable, and innovative long-term care pharmacy in North Chicagoland is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join its tenured and collaborative team.

This is a closed-door pharmacy environment offering a strong team culture, consistent workflow, and the opportunity to work closely with long-term care facilities in a professional, service-driven setting.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be involved in daily pharmacy operations, including:

• Receiving, reviewing, and verifying medication orders
• Dispensing medications for long-term care facilities
• Communicating with nursing staff and providers for order clarification and drug information
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians
• Ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Prior experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting required
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Stable work history and attention to detail

• Variable schedule with a mix of day and evening shifts
• Weekend rotation required as part of the staffing schedule
