Requirement description :
- CI Certification through AART or RCIS - Required
- IL License - Required
- Cath Lab Tech Experience - Required
- Work history
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates)
- RCIS
- ACLS (AHA)
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
- Illinois
Illinois License Required
Weekend Requirements :
No Weekends
On Call Requirements :
Evening Call/stay late 2-3 nights during the week
