Business Office Assistant

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Support the Business Office Manager and manage daily business office activities;
Coordinate insurance payments including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care;
Manage refunds for accounts receivable and maintain logs and reports (resident funds, census records, case accounts);
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies;
Stay current with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
