Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote or hybrid role for a Therapist at Mindful Therapy Services. The Therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients, including individuals, couples, and/or groups, using a compassionate and client-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and Illinois regulations.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of mental health professionals to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards.
- Stay informed about current practices and developments in mental health care.
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- MA, MSW, LSW, LPC, and other provisionally licensed therapists (in Illinois) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical skills in assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, ACT, or related approaches.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and upholding strict confidentiality standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Telehealth platforms and possess strong technological proficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote or flexible work environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying informed about best practices in mental health care.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with Illinois licensing requirements.

Work with individuals to improve mental health by providing accurate diagnosis, effective coping strategies, and ethical, personalized care. Maintain a full caseload of approximately 25‑28 sessions per week. Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with your profession.
