American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant with an active Illinois license and 2+ years of recent experience for a day-shift role on a main hospital campus.
Requirements- Active Illinois PTA license required, if applicable
- AHA certifications as required for the position
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the outpatient specialty required
- 2 years of relevant setting experience required
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
- Outpatient setting located on the main hospital campus
- Uses Cedaron EMR for documentation
- Day shift schedule with options of 4x10s or 5x8s, no weekends required
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services under PT direction
- May float within scope to other like units as needed
- Candidates must reside 50 miles or more from the facility with a verifiable permanent address, no exceptions
- Requested time off must be disclosed prior to placement
