We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT team and help maintain, secure, and evolve the systems infrastructure that supports our global operations.
About the Role and Your Impact- Deploy, configure, and maintain systems infrastructure including servers, storage, operating systems, and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance
- Perform regular security assessments, apply patches and updates, and implement security best practices
- Support capacity planning to accommodate growth and changing business requirements
- Provide technical support to end users and other IT teams for systems-related incidents and challenges
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with IT peers to develop integrated solutions aligned with business and technology standards
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
- Work with vendors and service providers on procurement, maintenance, and support of systems hardware and software
- Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience working as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience configuring and managing virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V
- Knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and server architecture
- Familiarity with security tools, encryption, authentication, and patch management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Scripting experience (Power Shell, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Exposure to manufacturing or enterprise environments
