• Provide strategic consultation to define and design business processes and organizational structures for enterprise solutions
• Specify and design complex systems, ensuring appropriate technology selection and integration
• Lead the resolution of architecture and business problems for complex project initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic technical direction
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical aspects in the area of expertise and provide expert advice

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field
• 7 years of experience in an IT discipline
• 7 years of experience in a Business discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in scalable systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA

• Master’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience in software development or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading proof-of-concept (POC) efforts for new technical solutions
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, PEGA, or Project Management
