Information Technology Administrator

We are partnering with a global hospitality organization to hire a Senior IT Administrator to support a high-profile office environment. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role focused on end‑user support, endpoint management, and technical issue resolution across a modern workplace environment.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for onsite and remote employees, acting as a key escalation point for complex technical issues
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user access, device management, and troubleshooting
• Assist with Intune and endpoint management initiatives, including device provisioning and configuration
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across a diverse user base
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Document processes, maintain knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support in a fast‑paced, professional environment

• 3–7 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or end‑user computing
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows‑based environments
• Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Intune (preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting a wide range of user, device, and access issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non‑technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an onsite, collaborative environment
