Due to significant, sustained growth over the past several years
, the company is expanding its team and is looking for top talent with strong broker relationships and proven E&S property expertise.

The E&S Property Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating, pricing, and underwriting middle market E&S property accounts across primary, excess, and shared/layered programs
. The role offers high visibility within a collaborative underwriting team and direct access to decision-makers.

• Underwrite new and renewal middle market E&S property business
• Structure and price accounts across primary, excess, and shared/layered programs
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships with key wholesale partners
• Analyze risk characteristics, loss history, and exposures to determine appropriate coverage and pricing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal underwriting leadership, actuarial, and claims

• For Underwriter Level: 2–5 years of E&S property underwriting experience
• For Senior Underwriter Level: 5–10 years of E&S property underwriting experience, with deep broker relationships
• Strong technical underwriting skills with a solid understanding of E&S market dynamics
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a book of business
• Existing relationships with national and regional wholesale brokers strongly preferred
