Responsibilities- Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the network
- Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third‑party packaging facility’s day‑to‑day operations
- Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills
- Ability to look at datasets
- Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross‑functional team
- Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)
- Knowledge of developing work standards
- Administrative experience
- Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree in business or supply‑chain or equivalent related work experience
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $20.27 - $20.27/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
