The Property Manager directs and coordinates the financial and physical operations of assigned retail/shopping center property(s) to meet corporate financial objectives, maintain physical condition, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies.

• Maintain awareness of property status and market conditions.
• Create an annual operating budget and monitor performance.
• Prepare monthly budget variance report.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Identify and control physical safety and liability concerns.
• Review vendor contracts and negotiate new contracts.
• Maintain tenant contact and address questions.
• Review tenant accounts and resolve collection issues.
• Report collection activity monthly to Property Accounting and senior management.
• Review and prepare tenant improvement allowances.
• Provide input to Marketing on programs and signage.
• Ensure lease compliance and collect information as required.

• Associate’s degree required.
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Experience managing a commercial portfolio, preferably retail or shopping center assets.
• General understanding of property marketing, budgeting, and capital improvements.

$95,000 – $121,000. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus program.
