Rethink Project Management team is responsible for the successful delivery of solar projects, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Development and Coordination:
  Assist in steering projects from mid-stage development through construction to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) handover, ensuring all milestones are met timely and efficiently. Assist in negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts and populating project specific portions of EPC contracts. Support and monitor the progress of development and engineering activities, ensuring projects advance to Notice to Proceed (NTP) readiness.
• Schedule and Scope Management:
  Create, maintain, and update project schedule files ensuring all timelines are met. Manage the overall project scope, meticulously tracking changes and adjusting schedules as necessary to meet project goals.

  Monitor project costs, ensuring they stay within budget, and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Reporting Documentation:
  Help track and update project data in company ERP/CRM platform(s), providing regular status updates to management. Ensure complete project documentation is prepared and made available for timely financial diligence and third-party engineering review.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
