Overview
The Warehouse Operator supports the operational process, ensuring the packing lines run to help the site achieve targets and meet customers requirements.
Shift and payShift: 2-2-3 schedule – 12 hour Night Shifts (6pm - 6am) and Day Shifts (6am - 6pm)
Pay: USD 22.73 - USD 27.28 plus Shift Premium
What we are looking for- Educated to GCSE level or above
- Some form of experience working in an operational environment
- Exposure to a warehousing environment is desirable but not required
- Comfortable working in a role with high standards of health, safety and hygiene
- Monitor the physical quality of finished products, reporting any defects
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping at all times
- Keeping Pallet Magazines fully loaded and pallet storage areas stocked
- Health and Safety – ensuring you are working to correct company procedures including PPE compliance as well as holding the appropriate license(s) and training for any machines you operate
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is USD 22.73 - USD 27.28. The total compensation package may include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off. Details will be provided if an offer is extended.
