We’re seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role supports patients across a variety of clinical and specialty care settings. The ideal candidate delivers safe, compassionate care and works effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide nursing care according to care plans and provider direction.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and ostomy care.
• Assist with procedures and post‑treatment monitoring.
• Support patient mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and daily living needs.
• Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection as ordered
• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy as permitted by licensure
• Monitor IV sites for complications and maintain IV line care
• Communicate patient status clearly to supervising RNs, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Follow infection‑control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Provide patient and family education within scope of practice.

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established protocols.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for patient care.
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background screening if required.

• Pay range $35 to $45 per hour, shift differentials, and performance bonuses. Higher pay and compensation will be offered to LPNs with specialized clinical skills.
