Quad County Home Health and Hospice is proud of our 5 star customer satisfaction and is seeking a motivated nurse to join our team! As a RN or LPN on our team, you will be admitting patients, planning, and coordinating plans of care, and working closely with patients, physicians, and caregivers.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Proficiency with documenting in an electronic health record (preferred).
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Illinois license as a registered nurse.
