As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your clinical leadership will guide the patient care team during your assigned shifts, ensuring optimal outcomes for all patients.

• Provide individualized patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans
• Lead and support the patient care team with clinical expertise and guidance
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Work every other weekend as part of the shift rotation
• Active Illinois RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of start
• Minimum of 3 years of Med Surg experience
