As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care. You will provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during your assigned shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Work every weekend (Fri-Sun) as part of your schedule
• Hold an active Illinois RN license
• Possess current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Have at least 3 years of Med Surg experience
