As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg unit, you'll play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care.

Your clinical leadership will be essential in guiding the patient care team during your assigned shifts.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs
• Providing clinical leadership and support to the patient care team
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Adhering to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Med Surg experience
• Active Illinois RN license
• ACLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of start
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Ability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
