As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your clinical leadership will guide the patient care team during your assigned shifts, ensuring optimal outcomes for all patients.
Provide individualized patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans
Lead and support the patient care team with clinical expertise and guidance
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards
Work every other weekend as part of the shift rotation
Active Illinois RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification required
ACLS certification required within 30 days of start
Minimum of 3 years of Med Surg experience
