• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care for PCU patients
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during the assigned shift
• Monitor patient conditions; administer medications and therapies per policy; ensure safety and infection control
• Document care in the electronic health record; ensure regulatory and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, medications, and post-discharge care

• Active Illinois RN license (Nursys must state Active IL License)
• ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start
• BLS (AHA) required
• Minimum 3 years PCU experience
• Permanent address outside a 50-mile radius of the assignment facility
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed with dates employed
