Registered Nurse
Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
Requirements:- 3+ years of ER experience - [REQUIRED]
- Candidates' permanent address (facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - Required
- TNCC - preferred but not required
- Work history
- Skills checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Emergency Room) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 supervisory reference forms completed with dates employed listed - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Nursys must state active Illinois/IL license - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association PALS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
