7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Every Other Weekend

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Med Surg experience
• Active Illinois Nursing License
• ACLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of start
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and respond timely to changes in condition.
