Sarah Bush Lincoln seeks an RN Inpatient Care Leader for the 2 East unit (11pm–7:30am). The role directs the patient care team, supervises staff, and serves as a clinical resource to ensure safe, high-quality nursing practice.
Requirements include ADN or BSN with RN licensure in Illinois, ACLS and BLS/CPR within 90 days, and Magnet‑Approved Specialty Certification within 6 months. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
