American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring 2 years of recent critical care experience and an active IL RN license.

• 14-bed ICU treating adult patients ages 16 and up
• Patient population includes sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular cases, strokes, and ventilator/tracheostomy patients
• Uses Impella devices, IABP, and CRRT (Prismaflex)
• Night shift schedule, 10-hour shifts
• May float to PCU or Med/Surg within scope
• No on-call requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required for consideration

• Provide critical care nursing to adult ICU patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
• RTO must be submitted in advance for consideration
