Description:
This position covers all inpatient units, emergency department holds, and overflow units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Collaboration with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams is essential.
The RN Case Manager will work during designated shift hours with no weekend, holiday, or call requirements.
Guaranteed hours do not apply when the unit is closed for holidays.
Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in a clinical setting and case management is critical for success in this position.
