We are hiring an on-site full-time Store Manager to oversee operations at our Mattoon, IL location. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily store operations, supervising staff, implementing retail strategies, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring adherence to loss prevention procedures to protect the store's assets.

The candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging retail experience for customers while driving overall store performance.
