Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 200 Charleston Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives;
Demonstrate customer service and associate engagement behaviors to uphold company standards;
Execute merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals;
Coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates within staffing budgets;
Maintain security of the store location and company assets
