Position Overview

A full‑time Retail Store Manager will lead a high‑performance team of 8 to 20 associates, including 3 to 4 management members, to create an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on sales, customer loyalty, talent development, store operations, visual merchandising, and community engagement.

• Inspire and guide a customer‑obsessed team to achieve sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage omni‑channel operations, visual presentation, and store expense controls.
• Build and maintain community relationships to increase brand awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions for continuous improvement.

• Previous retail management experience (required).
• Specialty retail store management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Strong decision‑making skills, initiative, and results orientation.
• Computer proficiency is necessary.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.

The position is a regular/full‑time role with a monthly incentive based on store performance. Hours are flexible to support work‑life balance.
