- Design and maintain data structures and automation within the sales tech stack, including Gong, Hub Spot, and Salesforce
- Drive alignment between sales, customer success, and marketing to improve pipeline generation efficiency
- Provide ongoing training and enablement on sales processes and tools, including AI adoption sessions
- Manage the creation and maintenance of training materials, presentations, and resources
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, marketing, communications, or a related role, or 4+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role
- Experience administering Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Gong; familiarity with GenAI tools in a business setting
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions, sales best practices, and KPIs
- Experience working with Sales Representatives and leading training programs
- Familiarity with additional systems such as Zoominfo, Zoho, or Seismic
- Intermediate Excel skills
