- Rubber Tech (Lab). Whether you’re just starting your technical career or are an experienced professional, we want to hear from you.

• Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision
• Assist senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Learn company processes, equipment, and documentation systems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely
• Basic computer skills
