Direct and coordinate drivers by effectively managing day-to-day operations of the private fleet;
Plan freight from Distribution Centers and outside freight by creating a daily run list;
Schedule deliveries and routing of Rural King trucks;
Coordinate with Transportation Manager on driver issues for load recovery;
Monitor driver performance and ensure DOT regulations are followed
