Client Experience Specialist/CRM Coordinator (Part-Time)

15–20 hours/week

We are a growing financial advisory practice serving approximately 900 clients and are seeking a highly organized, personable, and tech‑savvy individual to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both systems and people — someone who feels comfortable working within a CRM/database environment while also building positive relationships with clients through meaningful interactions and exceptional service.

• Maintain and update client information within our CRM system
• Manage data entry, organization, and accuracy of client records
• Assist with tracking client communications and follow‑up activities
• Support scheduling, client workflows, and administrative processes
• Communicate with clients professionally and warmly by phone, email, and in person
• Help create a welcoming, high‑touch client experience
• Assist with office projects and day‑to‑day operations as needed

• Strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with CRM platforms or database management preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills
• Able to build rapport and make clients feel valued and cared for
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, office management, or client‑facing roles is a plus
