AMERICAN SYSTEMS is hiring a Customer Service Representative I to handle caller inquiries using the knowledge base and USPTO resources, assist with MyUSPTO account issues, and route questions to PTRCs when needed.
You will answer calls and emails, perform data entry in the CRM, and use pre-approved responses to ensure accurate information is provided. A fixed Mon–Fri shift is required, with EST business hours.
