Our client has a need for a piping discipline specialist to support ongoing projects.
Responsibilities- Checking of Isometric Drawings for construction packages.
- Ability to use checklists to verify complete and accurate piping isometric drawings referencing P&'s, Material Specifications, Stress Analysis Reports and stress isometrics, vendor equipment and instrumentation drawings.
- Basic proficiency in 3D CAD platforms to maneuver within the design environment and extract pertinent information.
- Meet schedule deadlines to support construction packages.
- Extensive demonstrated history of professional experience in the design of Piping systems.
- 3D Cad proficiency
- Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to design of Piping systems.
- Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contributing with innovative ideas.
- Work independently for core tasks and reach out for specialized expertise.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a dynamic team environment with multiple deadlines.
- Associates degree or higher. 20 years experience in the field of piping design.
